Shipping policy

I JUST PLACED AN ORDER, WHEN WILL IT SHIP?
Please allow up to 72 hours/3 business days of processing and production time for your order to ship out.

HOW LONG IS THE SHIPPING TIME?
Delivery times after dispatch:

  • Next Day Delivery (Order before 2pm to receive your order the next business day). Orders to qualify for next day delivery will need to be made before 2pm. Next deliveries take place only on business days Monday-Friday (not public holidays).
  • Express Shipping: 1 - 2 Business Days.
  • Free Standard Shipping: 2 - 5 Business Days.

There are circumstances that are out of control (natural disasters, holidays, weather, etc) that may cause shipping postponements. While most packages will arrive on time, there may be circumstances and delays that our carriers may experience. For this reason, we do not guarantee the exact delivery time; the delivery issue is the responsibility of the shipping company.

WILL I RECEIVE A TRACKING NUMBER?
We provide tracking for every order. Tracking will be available once your product is shipped. Each individual product may be shipped from different fulfilment centres across the globe as our product research team spends the time to source for quality yet affordable products.

When you receive your tracking number, if you need help tracking your order, please contact info@zinnylastica.com.

CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
You are able to cancel your order with no penalty! You must cancel your order within 24 hours after creating it for the cancellation to be applied if it has not been shipped out. If the item has already shipped, please email info@zinnylastica.com. All you need to do is send us an email with the subject line "CANCEL".

I HAVE ENTERED AN INCORRECT ADDRESS!
If you have misspelled or auto-filled your address incorrectly, simply reply to your order confirmation email and give us the correct information. Notify us immediately via email at info@zinnylastica.com. If the address is wrong, we can correct this within 24 hours.

MY ITEM ARRIVED DAMAGED
We do ship every item with extra padding. Despite this, our customers report that around 1 in 1000 products arrives damaged due to mail service mistreatment.

If this happens to you, please contact us with:
- Your order number.
- A picture of the damaged product.

Once received, we'll be happy to send out another free of charge.

Refunds & Returns

For any returns, please contact us at info@zinnylastica.com before returning an item so we can assist you in the best way possible.

You must receive an authorisation number by emailing us before a return or exchange can be initiated. Do not send items back without contacting us first.

Return Window

Our return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since you received your order and you haven't contacted us within this time, we unfortunately can’t offer a refund or exchange.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

Items damaged after delivery (e.g., if dropped and broken) are not eligible for refund or exchange.

Order Cancellations

Orders cannot be cancelled once they have been shipped.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping and must use a tracked service. If the item is faulty or damaged and reported within 30 days, we will cover the return shipping cost.

Ensure your return is safely packaged. If shipping an item over £75, we recommend using a tracked shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable software products
  • Items not in their original condition or damaged for reasons not due to our error

Refund Process

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email of the approval or rejection of your refund within 3–5 days.

If approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a few business days.

Late or Missing Refunds

  • Contact your credit card company
  • Contact your bank

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and reported within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at info@zinnylastica.com.

Gifts

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If not, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.

If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver and he will find out about your return.

Faster Processing

We accept video or photo evidence of faulty goods to help speed up refund or exchange approvals.
