🔁 Returns & Exchanges
To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at info@zinnylastica.com to receive a return authorisation number and the correct return address. Do not send any item back without contacting us first — this will invalidate your return.
You have 30 days from the delivery date to request a return or report a problem with your order.
To be eligible for a return, your item must:
- Be in the same condition you received it
- Be in its original packaging
- Be unused and undamaged
Items damaged by the customer (e.g. dropped, broken) are not eligible for a refund or exchange.
💸 Return Shipping & Refunds
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty or damaged upon arrival.
- If your item is confirmed faulty/damaged, ZinnyLastica will cover all return shipping costs for a replacement or refund.
- Always use tracked postage when returning an item. We are not responsible for items lost in return transit.
- Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days after the returned item is received and inspected.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method only.

🔄 Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged and you notify us within 30 days of delivery. To request an exchange, email us at info@zinnylastica.com with your order number and issue details.
🎁 Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. If the item wasn’t marked as a gift or was sent to the gift giver, the refund will go to the original purchaser.
💳 Late or Missing Refunds
- First check your bank account again
- Then contact your credit card company — it may take a few days before your refund is officially posted
- Next contact your bank — there is often some processing time before a refund is posted
